A special drink by special hands, the Morena Rosa was developed especially for the Espírito de Minas Cachaça campaign by Márcio Silva, from Guilhotina, one of the main bartenders of the Brazilian cocktail scene. To create the Morena Rosa, Márcio highlighted the tropical Brazilian climate, mixing citrus ingredients for a balanced and refreshing flavor.
“We wanted to pass the guillotine through the coolness that the cocktail scene gives the impression of having. It’s supposed to be an unpretentious experience”, says Márcio.
The work of the professional does not stop being recognized. After winning the “Best Bartender” category at the Prêmio Prazeres da Mesa 2017, Márcio and his Guilhotina bar appear in several awards around the world.
