Espírito de Minas
Inspired by Minas Gerais origins, from name to essence, Espírito de Minas Cachaça is produced on a colonial farm in the small town of São Tiago. The artisanal production process follows the traditional recipe of the highest quality cachaça from Minas Gerais, retaining the tradition from planting of the sugar cane, through to natural fermentation, up to its distillation in copper stills. Aged in jequitibá and oak casks, it holds a slightly woody flavor to it.
