Among the most traditional names in the Brazilian cocktail scene, Espírito de Minas Cachaça honors Master Derivan, of former Bar Número. The inspiration of the Master for the creation of the drink Bora Bora was youth. The moments of joy in Bora Bora Beach Ibiza, the contagious young energy of the dance floors and the fresh atmosphere of this paradise beach.
“We are constantly researching and looking for new ingredients. The cachaça is an excellent choice, which opens countless possibilities for creation”, says Derivan. According to the Master, the purpose of the campaign was to look for something refreshing, which takes you back to summer. A drink that connects to the public not only through the cachaça, but also through the memory by quality ingredients, concept, taste, history.
Behind the counters since he was 17 years, Master Derivan holds numerous awards, as well as several published books under his belt. Today, he is responsible for the cocktails of the Jazz Blue Note club, in São Paulo.
