A Taste of the Farm that stays in the heart of the big city. Today, Frajola Souza, from Sylvester Bar, receives the honor of Espírito de Minas cachaça.
Frajola was born in the small town of Marco, in Ceará. But it was in the best bars of São Paulo where he gained ground, currently being one of the most important bartenders of the national cocktail industry. Even with all this prestige, Frajola still admits to missing his hometown.
And it was from this longing that the Master took inspiration for the special drink of our campaign: the Gosto de Fazenda (‘Taste of the Farm’).
“The Espírito de Minas cachaça has the traditional taste of the farm and the power to create special memories”.
Frajola created the drink using ingredients that were part of his everyday life. Guava and rapadura bring to life the sweet taste of your memories, which, combined with lime juice, creates a cosy and unique aroma.
As a special element, he used the copo de bico de jaca, one of the most characteristic glasses for this scenario.
“I combined the flavors that remind me of this environment and that marked my childhood”.
Gosto de Fazenda is an exclusive creation for Sylvester Bar. Frajola’s bar in partnership with Netinho and Edvelton Oliveira. An environment that excels in the tradition and quality of all its cocktail menu, at a more affordable price.
